How much do you charge for your cakes? How much do you charge for wedding cakes? What about cupcakes?

Prices aren't set because each design is custom-made to suit our clients' requests. We take into account the number of servings, design complexity, design elements and other particulars when pricing our cake products. Sometimes a smaller cake may take longer than a larger one, and therefore it will be priced higher. Our minimum serving size is for 15-20 people but we will always try our best to offer possible options to our clients. Do you deliver? Where to?

We do offer delivery services to the GTA and some surrounding areas. Generally, we will not make deliveries further than 1hr from our head office location.

I'm trying to keep costs down. Do I have to do delivery?

We highly recommend we deliver all cake products to ensure they get to you in the condition they're supposed to. However, we understand delivery is an added cost, but our staff and our vehicles are better-suited for safe cake transport. Should you elect to pick-up and transport your own cake products a waiver must first be signed. We will be relieved of ALL liability for the condition of the cake products once it leaves our possession. Please contact us for more information. 


Do you bake all you cake products yourself?

We bake all of our products on-site and from scratch. We also offer over 20 cake flavour/filling combinations ranging from standard to premium - And we're creating more all the time! Check out our Flavours Menu

Do you offer nut-free cake products?

Unfortunately no, we are not a nut-free facility.

Do you offer tastings? 

Yes. Cake tastings are done for weddings and are $75.00CDN. This amount will go towards your deposit, should you decide to book with us. Restrictions apply. Contact us for more details. We do not offer cake tastings for events other than weddings.


How do I order a cake, cupcakes etc?

We accept inquiries by phone, email, or through our online order form. However we highly recommend placing your order in-person or over the phone to ensure accuracy of design. There is a $25 sit-down fee for detailed consultations (wedding cakes are price differently), but this price goes towards your cake total. A client agreement form must also be signed before your order can be placed.

How far in advance should I place my order? 

We don't like to rush clients to make a decision so we encourage you to do your research ahead of time. However, we cannot guarantee prices and availability before a contract is signed & deposit is paid. Generally, the more notice we're given the better. Normally, we require 1-2 weeks for novelty cakes and 1 week for cupcakes and other smaller confection products. For wedding cakes 2-4 months in a general guideline. Date availability depends on our operating schedule.

I've had a cake emergency. Can you help me?!

The latest we accept an order is with 1 week's notice, although we have been known to take orders within 3-5 business days; However, rush fees may be added to the cost of your cake (or treat). Payment will be due in FULL at the time of placing the order. Please note, the summer months are our busiest so it's best to book well in advance.

Where are you located?

We are currently a virtual (on-line) store, however our head office is located in Toronto, ON.

Is a deposit required when placing an order?

Yes, a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required for ALL orders. The deposit amount will vary depending on your order (min. 50%). Until a deposit has been placed with a signed client agreement, your order is not placed and we cannot take you on as a client. If your balance is not paid in FULL one week prior to your event, you risk forfeiting your order & your deposit. Courtesy reminders are not guaranteed. See Rights & Responsibilities here.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payments by cash and e-mail money transfers.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any and all food products at any time. However, in the case of cancellations due to sudden emergencies such as severe illness or death etc (proof may be required) you may be eligible for a partial refund. If work has already been started on your order you will still be responsible for covering the costs of the work done to-date (this is your cancellation fee). Please be courteous and let us know as far in advance as possible should you wish to cancel an order. When we accept your order, we decline other potential orders. Do you just offer cakes and cupcakes?

Nope! Aside from cakes, we bake + customize cookies, push-up cake pops, cake-in-a-jar, cakepops/balls, meringues, candied/caramel/chocolate apples, macarons, cheesecakes, dessert shooters, chocolate products, candy products and more! See our full menu.

My local baker is making my cake. Can you supply instructions. measurements, sources or make decorations for them to put onto my cake?

Unfortunately we cannot supply this type of information or provide hand-made pieces for external use. We need to devote our resources and our time to meet the demands of our clients. Also, we cannot assume the liability of providing long-distance or external support to third-parties.
